Welcome to this independent website (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") for purchasing jadeite, jade and related jewelry products. These Terms aim to clarify the rights and obligations between this Site and users (hereinafter referred to as "you") and regulate transaction behaviors. By browsing, placing orders or purchasing products through this Site, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all contents of these Terms.
1. User Usage Rules
You shall ensure that the personal information (name, contact information, shipping address, etc.) provided when registering or placing orders on this Site is true, accurate and complete. If the information changes, you shall update it in a timely manner. You shall bear full responsibility for any issues such as undeliverable orders or failed after-sales contact caused by false or outdated information.
You shall not use this Site for illegal activities, including but not limited to placing orders with stolen others' information, malicious brushing, reselling products, spreading illegal information, etc. If you violate this provision, this Site has the right to cancel orders, freeze your account, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

2. Order Fulfillment and Quality Description
Once you place an order and complete the payment on this Site, the order shall be established. This Site will process the order and arrange shipment within 1-3 working days, and provide you with a logistics tracking number for inquiry in a timely manner after shipment.
All jadeite and jade jewelry on this Site are made of natural materials (specially treated products will be clearly marked), without counterfeiting, resin filling, dyeing or other irregularities. Each product is accompanied by an identification certificate issued by an authoritative gemological testing institution, and the certificate information corresponds to the product one-to-one, which can be verified through the official website or QR code scanning.
The color, transparency, texture and other characteristics of jadeite and jade are natural, making each product unique. There may be slight differences between the physical product and the pictures, and the actual received product shall prevail. A reasonable weight error of ±0.03 grams is allowed for products, which is a normal situation within the industry standard.
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to special reasons such as insufficient inventory or unqualified product quality inspection, this Site will notify you in a timely manner and provide you with options including canceling the order, full refund or replacing with products of equal value, and shall not bear additional liability for compensation.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property rights of product pictures, videos, copywriting, brand logos and other contents on this Site belong to this Site and are protected by law. Without the written authorization of this Site, you shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, modify or use them for commercial purposes.
The exclusive intellectual property rights of identification certificates, product design schemes and other contents belong to this Site or relevant authorized parties. You only enjoy the ownership of the product based on the purchase behavior, and have no right to arbitrarily disclose or use them for other commercial activities.
If you find that others have infringed the intellectual property rights of this Site, or the contents of this Site are suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, please contact customer service to feedback in a timely manner, and this Site will handle it in accordance with the law.
4. Other Provisions
This Site shall not be liable for breach of contract due to order delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics disruptions, customs policy adjustments, etc.), but will notify you in a timely manner and negotiate a solution.

5.Return & Exchange Policy
